Returns

  • Please send an email to info@inkpro.ie

  • Please include the invoice number and reason for return - (Faulty / Wrong item purchased)

  • Please confirm if you require a replacement or a different model

  • If you recieved a faulty item from us we will deliver a replacement and collect the faulty item at our own cost

  • If you wish to return an item to us that was ordered in error you can return it within 30 days however only if the product packaging is completely unopened and no seals have been broken.

  • Items ordered in error must be returned at your expense to our European warehouse and will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Delivery

  • Delivery is provided by a third-party courier company.

  • You will be emailed a tracking number for your order by email

  • Please use this information to track your order, and if required to make contact with the courier company to provide an estimated time of arrival.

  • If the delivery is beyond 5:30pm or there is a non-delivery, we would ask that our Customer care Team are notified immediately.

  • Exceptional cases, particularly over the Christmas period, deliveries can be delayed due to traffic, weather and high volume, we appreciate your patience.

  • We support cannot provide information relating to the specific time of a delivery.
